“Since moving here from Philly just over six months ago, I've been on the hunt for a cheesesteak that really feels like home. I've tried a lot of places—none were bad, but none quite hit the mark either. That was until I found Uptown Cheesesteaks. From the roll to the way the cheese melts into the steak, this place comes so close—closer than anywhere else I've tried. I also grabbed an order of Firebird Fries, and they reminded me a lot of Spanish fries (minus the chicken) just like the og with provolone they were delicious. If I had to be picky, I'd say I like my fries extra crispy, but honestly, that’s a minor thing. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back!.”
